The conference secretariat will be open on Wednesday, from 15:00 to 21:00 and on Thursday and Friday from 08:30 to 19:00.

The duration of oral presentations is 25 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions. There will be computer, video projector and overhead projector available.

The dimensions of the poster stands will be 1.15cm x 1.15cm. Authors can post their posters from the morning of the day of their session and have to remove their poster until the end of the same day.
