RegistrationIn order to register for the conference, you should download the registration form (PDF, Word), complete it and fax it to the conference secretariat, as indicated in the form. The registration fees depend on the status of the participant and the submission date of the form, according to the following table:

for presentation in the conference, at least one of the authors must register before
January 21, 2002. The registration fees for categories A and B include:
The registration fees for category C include all the above, except from the official dinner. However, the students can purchase dinner coupons during the conference, at the price of 30 €. Finally,the registration fees for category D include lunches, the official dinner and the excursion. AccomodationThe Organizing Committee has negotiated especially low prices for the participants of SETN-02 at the hotel "Philippion":
The above prices include breakfast and taxes. "Philippion" is a 4-star hotel, located inside the Seih-Sou forest, 5 minutes away from the city center, 2 minutes away from Thessaloniki ring-road and 20 minutes away from the airport and the national road (all distances estimated by car). All rooms have air condition, TV, mini bar and direct dialing phone connection. They also have a view to the Thermaikos gulf and to the Seih-Sou forest. The Organizing Committee suggests the early reservation of rooms, in order to avoid potential room availability problems. Anyone interested must fill-in and fax the room reservation form (PDF, Word) directly to the hotel.
