Project Description

MasCardInfo is a customer segmentation information system developed for the marketing department of Diamantis Masoutis S.A. (retail business). It features multi-criteria clustering of the customers and the ability to assess them in terms of loyalty and value. Moreover, it produces KPI's that can be used to design and evaluate marketing campaings based on customers associated to any of the clusters produced. The customer segmentation results are visualized in a series of 37 plots and tables describing in every detail the profile of each customer cluster discovered.

MasCardInfo is implemented as an intra-company web application exclusively using open source technologies. It was developed using R and the Shiny Web application Framework.
